At the moment I am designing a computing course at a graduate level and I want to better include women’s preferences and skills.

Could you please add some references of studies that support your views? For example, I’m interested in

“Instead of focusing on the “What” and “How” of STEM, female learners tend to be engaged more in these subjects if the discussion includes “Who”, “When” and “Why”. ”

There are a lot of wannabee female engineers in the ARTS where Chemistry,Material science and physics are called – Ceramics,printmaking,photography sculpture even sewing.
